Minitokyo does not allow members to post wallpapers they did not create or use pieces of other wallpapers in your own. I suggest you read the policy before submitting any more gallery items. There will be no toleration if you continue to rip wallpapers.

This applies to members who write bad descriptions as well (too short or makes the wallpaper appear to be ripped)

No... it's just that you did not write a proper description even after I told you should make it better. There is almost absolutely no proof that you did make it with a few smiley faces. If you plan on submitting it again, write about how it was created and how much time it took, otherwise it will stay deleted most likely.
